"Shipping felt reasonable"
I ordered a couple of plants from gardengoodsdirect.com, the shipping cost wasn’t bad at all. I’ve seen some sites really jack up the price for shipping plants, so this felt fair.
Everything arrived in good shape too, which made it feel worth it. I didn’t feel like I got overcharged just to have them delivered, and I’d order from them again.

"Slow replies were kind of frustrating"
The plants themselves were fine, but the customer service wasn’t the best. I emailed about my order and it took a few days to get a reply, and even then the answer didn’t really help much, haha. I ended up having to follow up again, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, I expected faster support. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was sure I didn’t need to ask any questions.

"A little rough at first, but it worked out"
I’d been looking forward to this plant for a while, so when it arrived looking a bit stressed, I spent some time trying to figure out if it was just normal shipping shock or something I should be worried about. I checked the leaves, moved it around a bit, and basically overthought it for a day before finally emailing them. They replied quicker than I expected and gave me a solution that made sense. It did take a little patience, but in the end they took care of it and made things right.

"Most of them survived, so that’s something"
I ordered a few plants and, to be fair, most of them arrived in decent shape. One looked rough from the start and never really recovered, which was a little annoying, but the rest are growing fine now. It wasn’t exactly a flawless experience, but I guess a decent survival rate is the bar, so overall I’m mostly happy

My order was mostly correct, but one of the plants wasn’t the one I picked out. Everything else looked fine and showed up in decent shape. Weirdly, I remember the packing slip had a little coffee ring stain on the corner, which is probably why I noticed the mix-up right away

I ordered from gardengoodsdirect.com and took a minute to read through the return policy before checking out, mostly because ordering plants online can feel a little risky.
It was surprisingly easy to follow. It laid out what to do if something showed up damaged or wrong, and the time frame was clear too. No confusing fine print or digging around for answers.

"Tracking was fine, just a little slow"
The tracking updates came through, so I wasn’t left wondering where my package was. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, kind of like the last time I ordered something for my sister and kept checking the status every day. Overall, it worked fine, just a little slow

"Care tips were actually helpful"
I ordered a plant from gardengoodsdirect.com and it showed up in good shape. the care tips were way easier to follow than I expected, not all confusing like some plant instructions can be. I’ve been sticking with the watering and light advice and so far it’s doing great. Shipping was fine too, no real issues there. I’d def buy from them again.

"Plant size was kind of close... but not really"
I ordered a couple of plants and, to be fair, they arrived healthy and packaged fine. But one of them was definitely smaller than what I thought I was getting based on the listed size. Like, why list a size if it’s only sort of accurate? It’s not the end of the world, but it was a little annoying when I opened the box expecting something bigger. Shipping was fine though, so there’s that.

My plants showed up looking healthy and full, better than I expected after being shipped around. The leaves looked fresh, and there weren’t any broken stems or anything. I’d definitely order again...

"Super Easy to Use"
I had a really smooth time using the site! It was easy to find my way around, and the search worked well, so I didn’t have to waste time hunting for what I needed. The plant pages had the right info laid out clearly, and checkout was simple too. I also loved that there weren’t any annoying popups getting in the way.

"Nice plants, but I still hate waiting on shipping"
I ordered a few shrubs and, they showed up in really good shape. They were healthy and packed well, which was a relief because I’ve had plants arrive looking absolutely wrecked from other places. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, so I can’t really complain there, even though waiting around for plants to show up always makes me impatient. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again.
